WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept products purchased from ggio.gr in new condition with tags and investment discretion for credit or refund. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You have 14 days from the date of arrival to exchange or return. Please note that promotional items are final sale and may be returned. Sale items including products purchased at a discount greater than 15% cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept changes when worn or soiled/stained.
Important: The return form must be completed with email and order number in order to identify your return.
Please note that GGIO reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY CREDIT OR REFUND?
Once your details have been reviewed by our returns team, you will receive notification of your credit or refund via email usually within 5-7 business days.
CAN I RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE?
All items marked final sale or with a discount code greater than 15% cannot be returned for exchange for credit. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be difficult, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric, please contact our Customer Service team and check our size chart before placing your order. Exceptions cannot be made for size, fit or fabric issues on Final Sale items.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I GET A CREDIT OR REFUND ON?
Items within 14 days of their arrival date.
Regular price items in new condition. The product must be intact, unwashed with tags and in its original packaging.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DETAILS?
We’re sure you’ll love your pieces, however if there are quality issues or a defect, we’ll fix it quickly. Contact our Customer Service team. Items suspected of being faulty must be returned via the normal returns process for inspection by our quality control team.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR RETURN IS REJECTED BY OUR RETURNS TEAM?
Any items received that are not in their original condition, boxed with liners and tags or have stains will be sent back to you immediately from our returns warehouse. We cannot issue credits for these items for health reasons. Shipping costs will be covered by deduction from your store credit.
